Hi everyone! My name is Karla Rivas, and I’m proud to be serving as your VP of PR this year. I’m originally from Richmond, CA in the Bay Area, and I’m so excited to help plan meaningful events, build connections, and bring our community closer together.

One of my biggest passions is event organizing! Whether it’s creating fun, lively socials or intimate spaces for genuine connection, I love curating experiences that bring people joy. I often host movie nights, dinners, and gatherings at my home, because there’s something special about sharing space, laughter, and good food.

Outside of my role, I love baking and cooking, experimenting with new flavors and recipes, and sharing them with friends and family. I’m also very interested in holistic wellness, integrating natural and organic products and healing practices into my everyday life. I believe in creating environments that are not only fun and inclusive but also nurturing and intentional.

As VP of PR, I’m excited to connect our members, highlight the amazing things we’re doing, and plan events that reflect the heart of our community. I can’t wait to collaborate, celebrate, and make this year unforgettable together!
