Hi everyone! My name is Erick Mendes, and I’m a Senior studying Business Administration and Political Science. I'm originally from Madison, Wisconsin, but grew up in the North Bay for most of my life.  I'm so excited to be serving as your guys' VP of PR. Whether it’s planning events, mentoring others, or just showing up for community, I’m someone who loves building connections and creating spaces where people feel at home. I’m super excited to continue growing within LBSA, and I’m always down to chat, collab, or just have fun at socials! My academic interests are in the intersection of business, finance, and policy. I’m always seeking to understand how these fields interact and influence the world around us, and so I read and listen to a lot of news from the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Outside of academics, I enjoy watching sports, following politics, going sightseeing in the Bay, and lifting in the gym. Let me know if you ever want to get a workout or hike in together!
